Delhi by Cycle

Today I did a bicycle tour through Old Delhi. Old Delhi is a lot different from New Delhi. In Old Delhi you have very narrow streets and small alleys while New Delhi has mainly broad streets and a more modern infrastructure. These narrow streets create a very interesting atmosphere that give you a true feeling of India - a lot of people of all ages, all kinds of goods being offered, all kinds of work mostly done right on the street.

So discovering this part of Delhi by bicycle is not only really nice but except walking probably the only way to do it.

The tour was really nice and you can see a lot of pictures in the picture show below. Oh by the way we are going to get famous ;-). There was a German journalist from the Deutsche Welle and we'll part of the radio program as well as an article on www.dw-world.de.
